Tupac Shakur’s Estate is aiming to block the proposed sale of his unreleased recordings
Death Row Records Inc Marion “Suge” Knight are attempting to sell an album of Tupac Shakur’s unreleased material in a bankruptcy settlement.
Tupac’s moms Afeni Shakur has brought down an injunction in an attempt to stop the sale.
Marion “Suge” Knight is straight broke and looking for ways to bail himself out. Amur Entertainment, the estate, and its attorney Donald N. David say the recordings should have been turned over as part of settlement reached after Tupac’s death.
Suge Knight also put his $6.2 million seven-bedroom, 9 1/2-bath mansion on the market.
