Academy Award Winners Three 6 Mafia will release their new album
Three 6 Mafia is set to drop their new album in December 2006 with guest appearances from Lupe Fiasco, Paris Hilton, and Justin Timberlake through Hypnotize Minds/Sony.
Juicy J says:
“We’ve got some tracks. We’re still working on it. We’re just trying to make sure we get the right single and the right songs that people like and can dance to. It’s gonna be the same hustle. If it’s not broke we’re not trying to fix it. We just work and stick to our same roots, but I think our sound went mainstream as is. We’re the same old dudes, still doing the same thing and still grinding.”
Three 6 Mafia are working on several film projects. They are also scheduled to appear in the upcoming film “Jackass 2,” as well as episodes of HBO’s “Entourage,” VH1’s “Flavor of Love” and E’s “Girls Next Door.”
Meanwhile formerly incarcerated member Project Pat’s solo effort, “Crook By Da Book: The Fed Story,” is due in October, led by the single “Good Googly Moogly.”
