Wu-Tang Clan close to releasing new album “Eight Diagrams”

Wu-Tang are set to release their new album “8 Diagrams” in late October.
The title of the new Wu-Tang album is derived from Kung Fu film Eight-Diagram Pole Fighter. Eight Diagrams are also reference to the “I Ching” - or “Book of Changes” which RZA says he’s received a lot of influence from for creating his philosophical outlook on life. It will be the first album for Wu-Tang Clan since back in 2001’s Iron Flag.
RZA believes this album is due - because hip-hop remains unbalanced and that Wu-Tang can bring that balance back:
”We will f- you up, but what we’d rather do is enhance your spirit.”
Tracks confirmed include:
- “The Legacy Heroes” - Producer: RZA
- “Ropes & Knives” - Producer: RZ
- “Shaolin Trip” - Producer: Mathematics
- “Kids with Words” - Featuring Q-Tip Producer: RZA
- “Definition of Pain” - Producer: Loose Change
- “Steel Vision” - Featuring Killah Priest Producer: Mathematics
- “Life Changes” - Producer: RZA
- “Ancient Crunch” - Producer: Aqua Kid
- “Tenz” - Producer: Choco
- “Watch Your Mouth” - Producer: DJ Scratch
- “Campfire“
- “Thug World” - Featuring Shavo Odadjian Producer: RZA

- “We Got This“
Meanwhile RZA will act in two upcoming films: Denzel Washington, Russell Crowe, Ridley Scott vehicle “American Gangster” and Giancarlo Esposito’s directorial debut, “Gospel Hill”.
