Sean “Diddy” Combs new album “Press Play” includes a who’s who of rap and hip hop on the guest list.
Bad Boy entertainment will release “Press Play” on Oct.17 and the new album will include Christina Aguilera, OutKast’s Big Boi, Mary J. Blige, Jamie Foxx, Nas, Fergie, Brandy and Keyshia Cole, among others.

Lox’s Styles P of Ruff Ryders will now drop his new album “Time Is Money” on Nov. 14. “Time Is Money” is the follow up to his 2002 debut “A Gangster and a Gentleman” which sold well moving 627,000 copies in the US alone.

Mos Def has been arrested for a freestyle performance outside the VMA’s which criticized the Bush Administrations poor response to Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans. (Watch the arrest video above)
Mos Def, his entourage and his brother were arrested for performing without a permit and disorderly conduct after he performed “Katrina Clap”
His entourage was apparently warned but Mos Def performed on without being informed.

After only 5 months have passed since releasing Todd Smith, LL Cool J is working on a new as-yet-untitled album with 50 cent producing.
Last night 50 Cent said: “We did six records in three or four days,” and LL Cool J says this album will be the last with Def Jam, “For me, I needed to go and work with somebody who really had my best interests at heart,” he said.

Lil Wayne and Juelz Santana are set to colab on an album. They are both working on their own solo projects but they intend to expand their mixtape collaboration, “I Can’t Feel My Face,” into a full album and release it early next year.
Juelz Santana has almost completed his next solo album, which is the sequel to “What The Games Been Missin’,” which has sold 655,000 units in the United States… “I have about 75 songs done,” he says. “I like to do 100 or more songs and pick [tracks] out.”
Meantime Lil Wayne working on, “Tha Carter III”, another a collaboration set with rapper Baby, “Like Father, Like Son,” is due Oct. 10.

Daddy Yankee Fans Get Scammed With Fake Concerts
Daddy Yankee pimped in fake show ticket scam

Reggaeton superstar Daddy Yankee and a number of his fans have been the unwitting victims of a fake concert ticket scam.
A woman has been selling tickets for $100 and using a Limousine as a prop (which she claims to be Daddy Yankee’s with him waiting inside the limo). After selling a stack of tickets she jumped into the limo and screeched off with all the jilted fans dough.
When hundreds of fans finally caught on to the scam, “They were about to burn the club down. They started throwing bricks, glass, everything at the club,” said witness Martinez.
